Tired of wondering
what’s wrong with you?
Maybe there’s nothing wrong with you, but something different about you.
Whether you’re wondering about ADHD or already have a diagnosis, we’ll build you a life you can feel proud of.
This is ADHD coaching committed to the whole of you—your brain, your body, your emotions, your environment, and your desires.
Strengths-based Approach ✦ Neuroscience - Backed ✦ Practical Strategies ✦ Goal - Based Systems ✦ Whole - Person Coaching

ADHD Coaching is for you
if you identify with one or more of these:
01
Low self-esteem, shame, and a harsh inner narrative
02
Late diagnosis grief and lingering "what is wrong with me" questions
03
Anxiety and rejection sensitivity
04
Sensory overwhelm and perfectionism
05
Impulse control and emotional reactivity
06
Difficulty planning, organising, or getting started
07
Difficulty transitioning; Freezing even though know what to do
08
Time blindness, working memory gaps, and appearing lazy while caring deeply

What we’ll work on together:
Understand the whole of you through a neurobiological, psychological, emotional, somatic, cultural and social lens
Explore how food, sleep, exercise, and environment shape your symptoms and affect dopamine regulation
Incorporate somatic techniques in understanding and managing ADHD
Work with your strengths and what's historically worked for you, and build practical strategies and systems around your goals

What we will not do:
What we will not do:
Ask you to try harder, chances are you've already tried so hard, with so little acknowledgement, that your own efforts may have become invisible to you
Call you "wrong." I may gently challenge a belief, never the person holding it.

I have left my sessions with Ritika wishing that I had sought support for ADHD much, much sooner. Through Ritika’s coaching, I have found: a space where challenges that I have been fused with since my youth are afforded immense dignity and understanding; a deepened appreciation for the personal values that underly the behavior and choices that have caused me to struggle, and a deconstruction and reorganization of my goals that have made them feel more self-determined, motivating, and attainable. Our sessions have already effected noticeable changes on my self-efficacy and self-esteem.
I strongly recommend Ritika’s services to anyone who feels like their ADHD-related struggles are immovable, to anyone who has avoided seeking support due to fears of increased judgment or an imposition of impersonal tips and tricks, and to anyone for whom an authentically empowering and personalized coaching environment would prove significant.

Ritika was an excellent coach. She listened carefully, followed my thinking, and helped me see things about how ADHD is operating in my life that I hadn’t previously noticed. I feel much more able to notice when I’m bored and work with boredom productively. I highly recommend working with her!

I really enjoyed my coaching sessions with Ritika. Her background in somatic psychology made the experience feel like more than just coaching, it felt like an opportunity to connect both mind and body. I came in unsure of what I wanted to focus on, but Ritika helps guide the discussion in a thoughtful way and uncover behavioral patterns I hadn’t fully recognized before. She has a calm, patient presence that makes it easy to open up and explore things. The coaching helped me become more mindful of some of my habits and reactions, and gave me meaningful insights to reflect on.
